The world of plant medicine has always fascinated me. I research and craft my own herbal remedies to support women through life’s big transitions—guided by the rhythms and wisdom of nature. My holistic healing offerings include massage therapy, Reiki, herbal vaginal steaming, and custom herbal blends tailored to each woman’s unique needs. I also love holding space for ceremony and ritual and I am an experienced lecturer on the subject of ethnobotany. I currently work in Berlin, Germany.

I combine gentle, nurturing touch with elements of energy work, often integrating Reiki to enhance relaxation, support emotional release, and promote energetic balance. As a result, each session offers a safe and calming space for your body and nervous system to soften, rest, and naturally restore.

Vaginal Steaming

This gentle and grounding practice supports your pelvic health through warmth and herbal steam. Using custom blends made from organic herbs, I tailor each session to meet your body’s current needs—whether for menstrual cycle regulation, postpartum recovery, or emotional release. In this way, each session invites deep rest, reconnection with your womb, and a return to your natural rhythm.

Menopause Mentoring

Menopause is a powerful transition—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Through compassionate guidance, herbal support, and somatic tools, I help you navigate this phase with greater clarity and grace. Together, we create space to honor your unique journey, gently release outdated patterns, and gradually step into your wisdom with renewed confidence and self-trust.
